Random Acts of Kindness

Sometimes it takes only ONE act of kindness and caring to change a persons life! ❤️ . We were off to school this morning and had our favorite homemade cookies waiting in our car for us! My boys were beyond thrilled! . We cannot express the amount of gratitude and appreciation we feel for so many of you! We’ve had an overwhelming amount of people who have reached out to wish us the best, send prayers , cards, donations, etc. We couldn’t get through this without each and every one of you! . Monday we head back to Minnesota to Mayo Clinic to prepare for Walkers 2nd surgery . We are feeling lots of emotions and anxiety, but are hopeful this time around the results will last longer. . I will continue blogging nightly while we are away and keeping everyone updated on our experiences. Our hopes are that we create AWARENESS for this rare disease. More research needs to be done so we can find better treatment options and hopefully someday a CURE. My son is TEN! TEN! I will NOT give up on him. He has a WHOLE LIFE to live and I will make sure he can live a ‘normal’ life! Keep sharing his story....together we can make a difference in EVERYONE who is an Achalasia WARRIOR! It’s a hard disease to swallow, but I am confident we can get to helping them! . . #WalkerSTRONG #AchalasiaWarriors #Blogger #achalasiaawareness #grandrapids #michigan #boymom #followthefreeses #grateful #thankyou #kindness #raredisease #achalasia #family #homemadecookies
