So here we are, preparing to fly ✈️ to Minnesota on Monday morning heading to Mayo Clinic. Walker’s esophagus is yet again closing after just 5 short months since surgery. He can’t continue this so we need answers and a specialist. Things happen for a reason. I called Mayo who deals with many Achalasia cases a year, and she said, ‘Holly.....this was meant to be! Our top Achalasia & Manometry specialist just had a cancellation before your phone 📲 call, and he said to FILL THAT SPOT! And you just called! It’s a miracle!’ So onward to Minnesota Monday to get some answers. We don’t have a return date, but feeling overwhelmed, blessed, sad, happy....ALL THE THINGS! But ready to get this boy well! 🙌🏼❤️
