We got a HALL pass!

He ordered some breakfast; oatmeal, puréed peaches 🍑, yogurt & puréed French toast. He only ate the yogurt and peaches. 😩So I went over to Spectrum and got him a strawberry 🍓 smoothie! I want to test his esophagus to make sure it’s all going through! I will NOT go home until I feel good the surgery was a success. He took a shower, and they allowed him to put on his own Adidas basketball shorts and zip up! Gave us a hall pass to wander the hospital! Now back to resting and more milkshakes!!!
